Award: Rebecca received a"Career So Far Award" from the Chlotrudis Society for Independent Film in Boston for her filmwork in independent movies. These independent movies include Bye Bye Blues, Bob Roberts, Past Perfect, Marion Bridge (which won the Buried Treasure Award ten years ago, and was nominated for Best Cast), Wilby Wonderful, and this past year she was so impressive in Sarah Polley's Best Documentary nominee, Stories We Tell. 2015, April, Live concert at the Tipper Review Room in Vancouver, an evening of music performed by Rebecca & Joel Bakan.
2014, November & December, Rebecca toured and performed with Jane Siberry in Jane's show called "Holiday Hoes & Hosers, this tour also included Peter Kiesewalter, Ali Hughes and Kevin Fox. The tour began in Los Angeles, included two Canadian date's one in Victoria the other in Toronto. The New York show which was performed on December 21 was taped by PBS.
